Power BI Licensing question
Hi,
Not sure if this kind of report sharing is allowed.
I am thining of using PowerBI Pro in our organzation to create few dashboards. With powerBI we can embed the report by iFrame.
Is this allowed if I create a report and embed it in my CMS where multiple people (who dot have license) view the rpeort from CMS?

ChintakChhapia You can do this, but you will still need to license them. You can use either of the embedded licenses to do this. Azure A sku (a lot of the documentation says you have to use the Office 365 EM sku, but that is not accurate)
Or they need a Pro license.
There is no such thing as sharing for free. Unless you share all your data to the world with "Publish to Web" - > but that would likely get you in trouble pretty quickly if this is private company data.

Sorry if I have not understood correctly, but Can you give some more details on embedded licenses?
Yes, data is private and I had though of using "Publish to Web" thinking that by "Publish to Web" I get unique embed code which I will put behind login. Is this allowed?
