Power BI/Jira - only one Project ID pulling in

Hi - we have the Jira integration into Power BI and are running into issues with the dashboard data. When viewing the Project ID, only one is showing. We have tried to edit the report, but when doing so, it only provides us with one Project ID option. None of the others are pulling into the system. Is this a common error? If so, what is the recommended fix?
