Okay, I am working internally in my company to see if we can find anything. If we do, Ill reply here and let you know.
In my experience whenever a GMSA is used in a login UI where a password is mandatory, any password will do since MSA authentication doesn't actually utilise a supplied password. So just mash the keyboard and test it out.
Obviously this doesn't apply in every situation but hopefully it'll assist you here.
