Power BI Global admin

Hi team,   I am power BI global admin, even then i am not able to see the entire organisation workspace and reports.   My requirement here is to go to individual workspace and download the report...

Hi vishy0501 

the Power BI Service Administrator can see all the App Workspace without assigning them as Workspace Admins.

But i'm not sure you could download all datasets.

So basically i agree with you in case of app workspace  which workspace new experience , what about the work space with old experience wherein O365 groups are created. Does in that scenario global admins can download or see reports of any workspace where they are not member. Or the gobal admin should be part of those specific groups in o365
