Power BI Gateway sign in problem

Thank you for response.

 

Sorry for the late reply, I saw the link you sent.

But unfortunately, the VM I used before was remove and they give me a new VM Windows 7 8GB RAM installed NET Framework 4.7.2  and I.E version 11. 

 

This time I can't Install on-premises data gateway.
