Power BI Gateway sign in problem

According to you description ,I can’t reproduce your problem.
Please verify that you meet some requirements for gateway installation firstly according to Install an on-premises data gateway .
If the gateway worked well before ,you can try to roll back the update of desktop and gateway.
If not, it can be a compatibility viewing issue with your IE .Maybe you can try to change your browser version of IE.
Otherwise you can try to adjust virtual space allocation to maximum.
If none of the above methods successfully resolve the issue and you are a pro user, you can open a ticket here for help.

I already review and set the minimum requirements for the machine I been used and I.E. version 11 and set to default browser. Nothing happen.
We try to set up a new VM machine Windows 7 SP 1 8GB RAM with same version of I.E., and installed .Net Framework version base on minimum requirements. but this time we can't install gateway said "Please review minimum requirements for installing the On-premises data gateway. Not meeting these requirements may result in performance bottlenecks".
