Super UserIt would appear that you cannot authenticate against your data source.
I would double check with the database owner that the user account is still working and active?

Helper IIHow to debug this issue because I am able to connect to the Db2 by Powerbi Desktop but when I try to connect from PowerBI Gateway it throws the error I pasted.

Can you confirm from your Power BI Administrator that you can install and configure data sources in the Gateway?- rajaniesh
Yes I can install the gateway and I have installed the Gateway and it is showing it online.

Hi there
Can you have a look at the logs when you try and create the connection and see what the error is?
Also is the ODBC driver installed on the Gateway Server?
