Power BI Gateway disconnected

Thank you. The computer does meet the minimum requirements but not so sure about the related considerations.
In any case, I think my problem is network related.
Opening the necessary ports seems to solve the problem for now.

Does the computer on which you installed the gateway meet the minimum requirements for gateway installation ?
In addition to the deployment environment requirements, you also need to pay attention to Related considerations .
You can uninstall the gateway in the control panel, then check whether your computer meets the gateway installation, and then reinstall the latest version of the standard gateway . For the gateway deployment environment, you can refer to the following official documents.
