Power BI Gateway appears offline due VPN

Hi all!
I am using Power BI across several years.
This week I began to use a VPN soft in my computer. Due this, the gateway now always cannot be reached and I have to update my dataset by Power BI Desktop and after publish it.

Anyone knoes how to solve this issue?

Hi, @pazimp 

Make sure your VPN configuration allows traffic to Power BI Gateway. Some VPNs block certain types of traffic by default. Also make sure your Power BI Gateway is up to date. As lbendlin said, gateways can't manage VPN connections. You can refer to the following documents:

Gateways need direct line of sight to the on-premise data sources. They cannot manage VPN connections.
