The Error files, but they are notoriously hard to read.
Do you have a Pro license? In that case you can raise a ticket with Microsoft.

but i did another test, i reduce the size of the excel from 60MB to a few kbs it work, refresh work fine!!
problem is i had another report that has a data source connecting to an excel file that is 200MB have no issues!!!
