Power BI Gateway Issue: Cannot create connections sourced from shared folder with shared Gateway

thanks for your response. 

1. my corporate Windows account has both Read and Write permissions on the shared folder. my own On-Premise Gateway can access those shared folders.
2. Folder path are ok.

in the image:

1 - Personal Gateway -> can access both database and shared folders using my corporate window account.

2 - On-Premise Gateway installed in my company PC -> can access both database and shared folders using my corporate window account.

3 - On-Premise Gateway installed in company server PC -> database access is ok but cannot create connections to shared folders using my corporate window account. this gateway was installed with the administrator account and share to other users.

I haven't still found the root cause for this issue yet. 😞
