There is a limit in terms of how much data a single data source can process during a single table refresh which is 10GBIf you are using DirectQuery or LiveConnection then there are some limitations on the Power BI Service, which can be found here: What is Microsoft Power BI Premium? - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
