Hello ,
I'm encountering two errors with our On-premises Data Gateway service, which was functioning without issues until Friday. The errors are:
1. **Failed to update gateway details** - This message suggests a possible issue with the account the gateway runs under.
2. **Ensure time and date settings are correctly configured** - The time settings appear to be correct, and no changes were made recently.
I've verified the network and firewall settings, and the gateway was previously operational. Could you assist in diagnosing these issues or recommend any further steps?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,@manoj_0911 . I am glad to help you.
Have you tried logging in and registering the gateway using a Power BI Service account?
Generally registering the gateway using a Power BI Service account does not cause this account error issue.
I used my Power BI Service account to create the gateway
Regarding the time issue, please check your relevant settings.
Make sure that the system time of your server or computer is synchronised with the Internet time. You can synchronise the time through the ‘Date and Time’ setting.
Check and make sure that the time zone is set correctly. Incorrect time zone settings may cause the time to be out of sync.
