I would agree - the very first thing you will want to do is to make sure your SSAS instance is performing optimally. All the cube optimizations, pre-aggregations, caching etc. Next check your network interfaces for any bottlenecks/congestion/latency etc.
Only after this cleared out you should then look at the Power BI part. Small note: P1 only has 25 GB of RAM and 6 renderers. That might be a bit tight, and you may want to consider beefing it up to P3.
