Power BI Free Access and Visuals
I am seeking clarification on sharing reports with users with the Free version of Power BI. I have a Pro license, most other users in the organization have the Free/Basic version.
Please confirm:
1. Can users with the free license access reports shared to them without the trial?
2. We have had some visuals and functionality not work when reports are shared to users with the free version (e.g., export visual to Powerpoint). Is this expected?
No users have a PPU license at our organization.

I don't think so. They will all be asked for a license.

Needs more details. Are you sharing via an app from a Premium Capacity workspace?
The reports are created by users in Desktop who have Pro licenses. Published to service to a workspace that is not premium capacity. They are then shared out to users in our organization via service using their emails. I want to confirm that 1) any user with a free license will be able to view these reports in their browser without a trial license and 2) that the free license doesn't limit funtionality in the reports (e.g., ability to export to Powerpoint).
