Power BI Export - Scheduling and Send Export to Excel by Email

I have a Power BI Premium User Licenses, created a Premium workspace it shows the diamond

 I have a dashboard with a fully filtered Excel Report that I need to use the subscribe feature to email the report monthly. When I go to select Full Report attachment the XLS option is not available any assistance on how I can activate this option – TY

A Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license is just to ensure that you can subscribe to others.

As mentioned by @nitishsh91 , only paginated reports support the attachment type of excel. You can consider sending the paginated report as excel.

You will have to create paginated report if you want to have automated delivery of excel file and as you are using premium capacity then this will be the best option.

Otherwise you can try exploring Power Automate  to send excel report, I haven't tried it but I think its possible to do.

Output size is

30 Columns x 1845 Rows

Report builder will not create a file this size

You can try running R script to create an excel report with data but with that you will have to use Personal gateway or try exploring the Power Automate way.

There is no default way fo exporting via excel only PDF and PPTX are possible.

You can try submitting a new idea if it can be included in future releases.
