Power BI - Enterprise Project Management
Hi,
I would like to know how to connect Enterprise Project Management to Power BI. I have seen that there is the Microsoft Project Web App, but I would like to know if with this, I can reuse the semantic model used for the other reports and customize it according to my customer needs.
Thank you so much!
Hi EstherBR ,
There are direct ways to connect to Project Web App. This is very useable in many forms and you can do whatever you need in the model. The best way is to use ODBC. You conect via the api to the Project Web App.
Now please note that Project Server and Project Web App are deprecated and this is probably not something to spend too much time on.

Sounds like scope and resource visibility are the challenges here. Clear roles, regular status updates, and having a shared data model or dashboard often help align everyone.
