We have three Power BI Embedded instances.
One of them show health metrics under the capacity settings in the admin portal.
Two of them don't.
What could be causing this issue?
Also, the Power Bi Premium Capacity Metrics app doesn't show any metrics for two of the three instances.
Hi @mreco ,
What is the kind of SKUs of those capacity? Please also check if you are the admin of the capacity, Based on this document:
You can use the Power BI Premium Capacity Metrics app to monitor A SKU capacities in Power BI Embedded. Those capacities will show up in the report as long as you are an admin of the capacity. However, refresh of the report fails unless you grant certain permissions to Power BI on your A SKUs
You can monitor Power BI Embedded capacity usage in the app or the Azure portal, but not in the Power BI admin portal.
Best regards,
Can you provide more details on what exact error code you are recieving. If you are finding it difficult to determine what error code you are receiving then I would recommend you to connect to Power BI service team for support.
I hope they help you with some solution.
Regards,
Lewis
Well, I just don't see metrics. No error codes.
I have three A1 SKU embedded instances.
One of them show metrics just fine.
But two of them just don't show anything, although I do have workspaces in them.
I think that is also the reason that the Capacity App doesn't show any metrics.
Was there ever an answer to this? I have the same issue haven't been able to find an answer anywhere
