Power BI Did Not Refresh No Error

I clicked refresh on my dataset and got the "Preparing For Refresh" popup. However, the data didn't refresh and there was no error. This happened for maybe half an hour today. It is now refreshing properly.

Has this happened to anyone? Do you know if there's something I can do to prevent this?

@leahschneider has happened to me yesterday and also a couple of times before. Generally, I refresh the pbix file and re-publish the report and it starts working as usual for me.

Thanks. I did fix it like that once and it fixed itself the other time. I'm just concerned that it would fail with no error message or anything. I'd like some way for me or Power BI to prevent this.

This might have something to do with our gateway server. However, I think it's super weird that we didn't get any errors.
