Super UserToo many moving parts, in my personal opinion. I don't think dataflows are providing any meaningful benefit for a Salesforce data source. For example, I have a 30 GB dataset with incremental refresh fed from a SFDC object query. I cannot imagine what the effort would be to have two dataflows feeding that dataset.
