Power BI Data set Refresh using Azure Functions with REST API

We have code to do Power BI Dataset refresh using RESTAPI programatically , and it is working fine when we ran the code locally, that means it is triggering power bi data set refresh.

And we published this code to azure functions, and we are trying to refresh from azure functions we are getting error before even getting AAD token.
