Power BI Data Gateway Offline

Hi,

I have Power BI Data Gateway running for lot embedded dashboards. Since an hour ago, this gateway have been offline and is not possible to update and even load the dashboards. On Power BI web portal, even the page "Manage Gateways" is not loading for me.

I have tried contact with someone from Microsoft but I couldn't talk to anyone. This case is HIGH PRIORITY and I need to solve URGENCY.

Is anyone with the same problem?

@Anonymous Is the gateway service running correctly on the server where it is installed, are there issues with that server? When is the last time you updated that gateway?
