Power BI Data Gateway Clusters - Is Load Balancing Possible?

In the documentation for Power BI Gateway Clusters, the following statement is made:

You can choose to allow traffic to be distributed across all gateways in a cluster. In the Manage gateways page in the Power BI service, when you click on a gateway cluster in the list on the left navigation tree, you can enable the option to "Distribute requests across all active gateways in this cluster."

Is this how PBI load balances gateways in a cluster?

I'm afraid that is not load balance for Data Gateway.

For load balance, there is also an existing idea here and you can vote it.
