Power BI Data Centers
Hi Phil, I'm looking for the same thing, did you ever get a response to this ?
I heard a rumour about April, but can't seem to get anything confirmed.
Australian datacenter has already been released, but once tenant was created in Singapure power bi account will remain there:(. At this particular moment there is no way to migrate the data. The only way existing today is very ugly: if you don't mind loosing your content of the tenant (reports, dashboards and other settings), you can file a support ticket and tenant will be transitioned to Australia.

Power BI offers a muti-geo feature which helps in setting up the Power BI service in a new data center. It also provides ways to migrate some of the data. The below documentation contains details on what contents can be migrated to the new datacenter. please refer to the below documentation for details. Note: This functionality is currently available only for Premium users.
