Hi everyone, I have a DataFlow on power BI with scheduled refresh that is not working anymore. in particular when i stat a maual refresh it seems to start and after one minute failed but without giving an error. I tried to access with api again and it seems ok.
it is stucked on the 26/6/2024 7:00 and also the scheduled refresh are blocked- at the next one at 26/6/2024 11:00.
any suggestions? we also try to give the "take over" to another team memeber and enter the dataflow credential for the data and we had the same issue. evreything seems ok but when you try to refresh , it does not start and it is not giving a warining signal.

First, it's essential to ensure that all basic requirements for a successful refresh are met. This includes verifying that your gateway (if used) is up to date and that the DataFlow is correctly configured to use this gateway. Since you mentioned attempting a "take over" with another team member and re-entering credentials without success, it seems like the issue might not be directly related to user permissions or credentials.
Power BI provides detailed logs on the refresh history, which can sometimes offer clues that aren't immediately obvious. Navigate to your DataFlow settings and review the refresh history for any failed attempts. Look for any patterns or error codes that might have been logged.

Check the Power BI service status to ensure there are no ongoing issues or maintenance activities that could be affecting DataFlow refreshes. You can find this information on the Microsoft Fabric Support and Status | Microsoft Fabric
