Power BI - Dashboard pinned visuals don't show properly

Dear all, would need advice on how to troubleshoot for a user that has part of the pinned visuals on a dashboard not shown.

• Fairly new user, access (permission) on workspace app level

• Visuals pinned from different reports on dashboard

  • One shows graphical visualisation

  • Others don’t show up

    However, the title is shown, export of data shows values, click jumps to report page with visual shown correctly

• Other dashboards work fine for this user, and the dashboard with the issues shows fine with other users

• RLS on datasets seems fine (on top, in the report the visuals shows )

Don't know how to call these incomplete visuals, but this is how it looks. Searches didn't show up any meaningful suggestions so far, but probably would be better if below incomplete visual got a name.

Can you guide that user through a hard cache reset on their browser?

Hi Ibendlin, unfortunately this didn't resolve the issue. I guided through cache reset, issue is the same on Chrome and Edge. This is a new user, so cache could hardly play a role anyhow. KR,Bert
