Power BI Dashboard does not refresh in Power BI Service

Hello,
l have a problem with Power BI Service. l have a report full of data and the data are refreshed daily in Azure and even when l refresh in POWER BI Desktop, the data are refreshed and updated. But the data are not properly refreshed in Power BI Service. Can anyone help me?

Hi @Silv ,

if you have the pro version then you have to set refresh in dashboard level refresh in power bi desktop.

you can also set scheduled refresh in power bi service in the dataset options.

Please provide more details. Is this a direct query connection?  if not - did you setup a efresh schedule?

It is in Import mode and l have scheduled refresh.
