Power BI Dashboard Theme does not work

Hi team,

 

I hope you are well.

 

I have created a Power BI Dashboard and I have imported a theme from a share point folder.

 

In this SharePoint folder, everyone has access. However, some of my colleagues can see the right background while others no. They see just a white color like not having a background.
Apart from the fact that everyone has access to this SharePoint folder, I also granted access to them.

However, I still face the same issue. 

Do you have any idea regarding why I face this problem?

    Hi CK1992 ,

     

    Sorry, not very clear. Based on my test, I can't reproduce the issue your are facing.

    However, in order to better solve your problem, could you please share your file of json code with us?
