Hello All,
I have been shared a .pbix file, but when I am trying to open the file, it gives me an error as - The Key didn't match any rows in the table.
I have attached a screen shot of the same. My team member is able to view the result through the same .pbix file where as I am not able to see the result. Requesting to suggest the best options available for me to resolve this issue.
Thanks and Regards,
Yash
Hi @Yash_Ghosh The issue is because of
the query is trying to connect to something in the data source that has been deleted or renamed. To fix it, you can edit the query settings and refresh the preview.
Steps :
1) Open Power Query Editor
2) click on Refresh Preview.
If you are able to refresh and see the data then no issues. Otherwise you can check your data sources and connections.
See the image for your reference..
Hello krishb1414,
Thank you for your response and tried the steps mentioned by you, it still does not resolves the query.
I am attaching the screen shot of the error when on to the Edit Querry page.
These are the screen pages when I click on Navigation and Source in the Applied Steps column.
Is this the same thing that you have asked me to try.
Thanks and Regards,
Yash
Hi @Yash_Ghosh , yes.
Open adavnance editor and copy your code for not loosing your steps. Then now go to source and select the table. After that if you see data then no issue other wise you should check data source connecton and access.
