Power BI Copilot user doesn't have access

Hi wilberever100 , I think it might be related to licensing issue or tenant settings could you please try these
License Check: Ensure all users have the necessary Power BI Premium Per User (PPU) or Fabric license, as Copilot requires these licenses.
Tenant Settings: Verify that Copilot is enabled in the Power BI Admin Portal under Tenant Settings. Specific users or security groups might have restricted access.
Role Limitations: While workspace roles are the same, other permissions, like tenant-level restrictions or security policies, might differ.
