Power BI Connectivity with Redshift

We are looking for connecting Power BI with Amazon redshift. Can anyone share detailed documentation which covers following -

1. How to connect Power BI with redshift.

2. Is there any gateway required for connection? If yes where to set it up? 

3. Is it possible to connect redshift via API gateway using web connector in Power BI?

Also if anyone please share which is the best suitable approach to connect redshift with Power BI, it will be a great help.

Haven't tried yet. As you can see Power BI has a specific connector for Redshift.
