Power BI Card (New) Visual Not Working as Expected
Hi MS Team, I am experiencing an issue with the Card (new) visual in Power BI. Previously, it was working perfectly, but recently it has stopped functioning as expected.
I have verified everything on my end — including data, formatting, and desktop settings — and nothing has changed. The same report that used to work smoothly is now behaving differently.
Earlier, I was able to view all 8 tiles correctly on the desktop version. However, after publishing to the service, the cards reset from 8 tiles to 5, which disrupts the layout and overall view (please refer to the attached screenshot).
Could you please help me understand why this issue is occurring? Is it related to a recent update or a known bug?
Before Publishing, it showing correctly on Power BI Desktop.
After publishing on the server, the scroll is appearing in the cards, and the slides are resetting from 8 to 5.
Thank you for your support!

This is related to the new cards going GA, it seems the rendering engine changed and broke a lot of reports.
Update your power bi desktop to the november 2025 version, and then what you see in desktop should match what you see in the service.
