Hi , We got a client who use Power BI and has few capacities..
We are in process of migrating inventory(reports/workspace) from tenant A to tenant B.
Existing ABC Premium capacity(P1) which is in Tenant A will moved over to Tenant B.
Question :
a. Will this require Microsoft support involvement or anyone can do it.
b. Any important points should we consider here.
Thanks,

There is no capacity migration, you need to create a new capacity in Tenant B and publish all your arctifects again, so it can be done any anyone
b. Any important points should we consider here. -
You can follow below steps
1. Inventory current assets (reports, datasets, dataflows, etc.)
2. Setup new workspaces in Tenant B
3. Migrate reports/datasets using APIs or tools
4. Reconfigure gateways and data sources
5. Test and validate migrated reports
You can use Powershell CmdLets to help you in step 1,2,3 and datasource in 4
