Power BI Capacity migration
a. Will this require Microsoft support involvement or anyone can do it. -
There is no capacity migration, you need to create a new capacity in Tenant B and publish all your arctifects again, so it can be done any anyoneb. Any important points should we consider here. -
You can follow below steps
1. Inventory current assets (reports, datasets, dataflows, etc.)
2. Setup new workspaces in Tenant B
3. Migrate reports/datasets using APIs or tools
4. Reconfigure gateways and data sources
