Power BI - AutoML not working: Is this the issue?

Hi All - just got access to premium and have been trying out the AutoML but for the life of me I cant get either my own or this tutorial to work.

I can create and apply the model but after the dataflow refreshes there is nothing in the 3 columns that are created in the query ' OnlineShoppers enriched Purchase Intent Prediction Preview '. I am really not sure what I am doing wrong.

I have seen on the Power Bi Support site the following issue:

" Ability to apply automated Machine Learning models to dataflows in Power BI is suspended due to a service issue. Training and validation of automated ML models in Power BI dataflows is not impacted. Engineers are actively working on a fix and expected to be deployed by 5/10/2019. "

Is this the reason why? Are others able to complete the tutorial and get data into power BI desktop to use?

The support ticket message means that the problem is a known issue and will be deployed to fix in 5/10/2019. You could pay attention to the support ticket to get further information.https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
