I am able to access Power BI Service from Australia, NSW.

The issue was resolved in approximately 2 hours. You can use service normally now.

Post in the O365 Admin Portal. Appears to be a faulty update to PBI Service. Rollsbacks are currently in progress and if your server is not currently working it should be restored shortly:
