Power BI App

I have power bi premium per user subscription. If I create an app, can I share that app with free users in the organisation?

Uh, sorry @jcalheir , the answer to @rahulanandt question is no, you can't.

If you just have Premium Per User (PPU) you cannot share with free licence users.

The documentation shared is slightly misleading, as you'll see in the table that a PPU user can share with Free, IF the content is on a Premium Capacity Workspace. So you must have a Premium Capacity Licence to share with Free users, PPU on it's own won't do it.

Hope this helps

Hi

Check this documentation on PBI Features by licence type
