Starting on April 12th our Premium Capacity Workspace App has started showing the workspace organization view instead of the App view to our viewer users when they go to it (either via the link or the App button on the workspace). All users that are of "higher" permissions are fine. To fix it, everyday we are flipping the viewer groups permissions from viewers to members and back again... does anybody know what changed? We have another workspace with an app with similar construction and it's fine. Unfortunately this is our main workspace and we don't want to recreate the app as everybody will lose their personal bookmarks. Let me know if you have seen this before or know of something that might be causing it and how to fix it besides deleting the app and recreating. Thanks!

Hi, @allyklee
Not quite understand what you said about this. Can you explain more clearly?
You can first check workspace access permission, app access permission and dataset permission to troubleshoot.

Hi @allyklee
This certainly does not sound like something that I have seen before or I feel I could assist with.
I would log a support ticket to resolve this: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/
