Power BI App access management

Hi Community,

I have a question if there is any way to manage all Apps in organization as an admin?

I have an issue where user got a link to an app to which he doesn’t have access. He is prompted to send a request for access, but the issue is that no one approves or denies the request, and I as an admin would like to be able to see all the Apps, workspaces, pending requests to all this, etc. to figure out who owns what and to be able to somehow manage this. I know it's also connected to O365 but it's not much of a help without knowing any names.

Is there any back entrance, Powershell or whatever that might be useful in such cases?

Appreciate any info and help on this.
