Power BI App Link opening up Power BI Data Visualisations website

Hi All,   Sometimes when a user clicks on the direct link to our Power BI published app it opens up to Power BI's website... not the app.   See image attached.   Thanks

Does the direct link include report level filters ? If so, maybe some of them are malformed?

    Hi! I don't think so, it even happened when I took the app link when you go through the publishing of it?
