Power BI App Creation

Hi, When I tried to create a app it's giving me below error, we tried to check the tenant settings and everything looks fine still facing an issue. I am having an admin access to the workspace.

Note: This issue I have been facing for the new workspaces created in the month of May. Can someone please help me with the solution as it is quite urgent!!!
