Power BI App - Can't load sensitivity error, can't create email subscriptions
Having an issue where regular users can't create email subscriptions via the Subscribe to report feature. Me as the workspace/app owner can still create and edit subscriptions. Everyone used to be able to do it until around a month ago. I haven't made any setting changes that I'm aware of.
The error isn't exactly helpful either.
I also noticed that the sensitivity label doesn't display for these users and instead it says "Can't load sensitivity". My admin account still shows the actuall label. Was working with a regular user today where somehow he was able to get his subscriptons work again, the sensitivity label also started displaying correctly for him again.
Anyone have any suggestions on what to try or what else to check?

Your regular user is an external user. External users can't create subscriptions.You can refer to:Email subscriptions for reports and dashboards in the Power BI service - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

These users are all in the same organization/domain, including the test user I had I.T. create.
