Hi all,
I have a gateway and reports on Power BI Service. Some of reports are connected with Analysis Services, therefore I need to map the user names, but do I have to do this manually? I mean, I want to map all of my organization at one time.
Best regards.
Hi @Anonymous,
From this article, may be you can try this way:
If your Replace (original value) is @contoso.com and your With (New name) is @contoso.local, all users with a sign in that contains @contoso.com will then be replaced with @contoso.local.
If it doesn't meet your requirement, I'm afraid there is no other direct way to mapping all of the organization at one time.

Yuliana Gu
Hello Yuliana, My replace value is xxx@aydinli.com.tr and new name is AYDINLIGROUP\xxx
How can I handle this? In Microsoft documents, I have seen another way but I could not understand.
Best regards..
Hi @Anonymous,
Hello Yuliana, My replace value is xxx@aydinli.com.tr and new name is AYDINLIGROUP\xxx
That case, there is no way to map all of the users inside an organization at one time. You have to map one by one.

Yuliana Gu
Thanks Yuliana,
I am afraid I have to do it that way.
Best regards.
