Is there a way to customise the email received from the Alerts configured in Power BI service?
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/service-set-data-alerts
I need to customise the entire mail including From, Subject, Body and Include the url to the report.
Right now, the email comes from no-reply@microsoft.com but it should go from my mail.
Please don't suggest Workato or Power Automate or any other tool. I need to know if this can be done through Power BI natively.
Thanks!

Hi @Amarjit,
No, natively you cannot customize the alert emails in Power BI Service.
Power BI's Data Alerts are a simple built-in notification system.
When an alert is triggered, Power BI automatically sends an email fromno-reply@microsoft.com.
The email template is fixed you cannot customize the sender address, subject, or email body through native Power BI functionality.
You also cannot natively embed a URL to the report inside that alert email unless Microsoft has manually included it (partial link sometimes appears, but you can't customize it).
If this solution worked for you, kindly mark it as Accept as Solution and feel free to give a Kudos, it would be much appreciated!
Thank you.
