Power BI Alert - When metric value increase

Hi,

I have a table 'Sales' which contains Country and Sales amount columns. I want to create alerts for each country when the respective country sale amount is increased. Is there anyway to do it in Power BI/ Power Automate? 

I understand in the Power BI we can create alerts at thresholds level. But my requirement is whenever value in increased the email should be triggered.
