Power BI Admin permissions

Hello,

I'm the PBI admin, but I would like to check whoelse in the business might have the admin permissions.

Is there a way to see this info on the Admin Portal?

Is it possible in admin portal, can we get list of all reports, datasets, dashboards etc in organizations and users who have access to them ?

Yes, there is a way to see who in your organization has Power BI admin permissions in the Power BI admin portal.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Power BI admin portal (https://admin.powerbi.com/).

2. Sign in using your Power BI admin account credentials.

3. Click on the "Admins" tab in the left-hand navigation.

4. In the Admins tab, you will see a list of all the users who have been granted Power BI admin permissions in your organization. You can see their names, email addresses, and the date they were added as Power BI admins.

5. You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to search for specific users by name or email address.
