Power BI Admin - Possible to Create a Scoped Role like other Office 365 Admin Privileges

Hello,

With other Office 365 Admin Roles, there's the ability to "scope" the privilege (so it's not global, just for a subset of the organization).  Can we do we the same thing to the Power BI Admin role?

According to my research, there are several kinds of administrator roles related to Power BI, which is explained in the document:

And you can view your admin role type or assign admin roles to others in the Azure AD admin center, you can refer to this link:
