Hello trishmalloy
You can customize the Feature Usage and Adoption report by opening it and selecting Save As to create your own version, which you can then tailor to focus on specific workspaces. Because it’s built on a standard (but hidden) Power BI dataset, you only have read-level access to that dataset and can’t modify its underlying structure. The built-in dataset isn’t designed to grant higher permissions like write or reshare, so there isn’t currently a way to acquire more than read access to it in the Admin Monitoring workspace.
Once you save your own copy, you can edit visuals, apply filters for the workspaces you’re interested in, and then publish this customized report wherever you want to share it, provided you have the required workspace permissions
Hope this helps
