Hi Fabric Community,
I have an issue sharing a Power BI app to external users.
We are using audiences to control access to the reports in the app.
The external users are listed in our Azure AD.
The error message they get is
We Couldn't install [App Name]
ServerError_ContentProvider_InvalidContentProvider.
I've checked their access to the APP in the Audience and there are reports visible to them.
Any Ideas where to check next?
Thanks in advance.

Update: It was an issue with the external client's firewall. They opened the port to Power BI Service to fix the issue.

When you say external client team opened port to Power BI Service what exactly it means. As per my understanding Power BI work on port 443 for all clients so it should have been already open if they are accessing their own Power BI infrastructure.
tell them to log out of Power BI and then log in with the guest account you have set up.
