Hello everyone,
In my current workplace we're slowly transitioning to digital dashboards for multiple departments. For now, only two of us will be creating the reports and dashboards using Power BI.
What I have been trying to figure out is if just the Data Analyst and I need to have our own accounts upgraded to have Power BI and be able to share the reports?
-OR-
If everyone else in the company that will be seeing reports also need to have some sort of account upgrade/update?
Nobody else will be creating Power BI reports for the foreseeable future.
Thank you all in advance.

Hi @Sammy_Noah ,
As I understand the licensing model, you can go two different ways.
1. you give every user consuming Power BI reports a pro license and you do not purchase a premium capacity
2. you purchase a premium capacity as well as two pro licenses (that is for the ones creating power bi content).
I think this one here explains everything in detail:

Let me know if this helps 🙂
