Hello Power BI Community,
I'm encountering a persistent FeatureNotAvailableError when trying to use the "Export to file for Power BI reports" action in a Power Automate flow, and I'm seeking assistance in troubleshooting this issue.
My Power Automate flow is designed to export a Power BI report as a PNG file and then send it by mail. However, the "Export to file for Power BI reports" action consistently fails with the following error:
{
"statusCode": 404,
"headers": { ... },
"body": {
"error": {
"code": "FeatureNotAvailableError",
"pbi.error": {
"code": "FeatureNotAvailableError",
"parameters": {},
"details": []
}
}
}
}Environment Details:
Power BI Workspace: The report is located in a Premium Per User workspace, i'm sure 🙂
The IDs of the workplace and report are right

Answer 3: Currently the Power Automate 'Export To File for Power BI Report' functionality is only available to Premium license holders (and requires at least one Premium workspae), not to users that are on the Premium Per User license .

please let me know if we miss something in tenant settings , i have noticed everything is enabled which relates to export in admin settings.
Thank you,
Bhuwan
Update :
Here the user assumung that he is holding a premium capacity for the workspace and saying that there is issue from the power BI side but the root cause :
so yes, this feature is not available for PPU licenses and requires P1-P5 or fabric capacity.

I have just seen your reply.
I'm still wondering exactly what licenses I need to use this connector. We have MS365 Business Premium in the company and I also have a PowerBI PPU license.
I am the only one who needs to run this flow to generate the reports.
I don't quite understand what I need additionally to be able to use this connector. Is an additional PowerAutomate Premium license sufficient?
Thanks in advance
The workspace needs to be on a Premium/Fabric capacity.
